Getting to know your trainer

Katie is an experienced and certified personal trainer and gym instructor at KTG.FIT. She is passionate about helping her clients achieve their health and fitness goals and provides them with the knowledge and motivation they need to succeed.

Katie has completed several certifications including the Australian University of Sports Medicine, the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She has a wealth of experience in personal training, strength training, and nutrition and is dedicated to helping her clients reach their fitness goals.

Katie understands the importance of a personalised approach and tailors her clients’ training programs to their individual needs. She takes the time to get to know each of her clients and thoroughly assesses their fitness goals and capabilities. She then develops a plan of action for each client to ensure that they reach their desired goals.

Katie also takes the time to explain the importance of proper nutrition and its impact on overall health and fitness. She provides her clients with valuable nutrition advice to help them make healthy dietary choices.
